We tried SuperPaws doggie day care and boarding (2 nights) and have loved the experience so far! The people are caring and my dog loves to go back every time! She’s exhausted at the end of the day because they run around so much outside in the yard. SuperPaws is located in a house in a neighborhood- it almost feels like you are dropping off at a friend’s house. Their drop off/pick up process is contactless. They are very responsive and post multiple times per day on social media stories so you can see your pup playing! They are very reasonably priced compared to other daycares we have used in the area and our dog just seems happier here! Also, look at this cute bandana they personalized for her after her first stay! Just try it!
We found SuperPaws as it was close to our home and when I emailed the owner they stated they could accommodate a special needs dog. One of our babies is a German Shepard mix with 3 legs and some anxiety, so we wanted to make sure super paws would be a good fit. We were nervous about her first time on site for the evaluation day, but the staff was communicative and accommodating. Our first boarding was about 5 days and my husband and I loved all the updates. They were able to change her bandage and give her, her meds. Both doggos came home POOPED and we will definitely trust them with our babies again.
We had a great experience booking an overnight with our puppy. I felt the staff was very thorough in their policies and we felt our pup was safe and happy throughout his stay. Upon dropoff, (the visit after our evaluation), he was very excited, leapt out of the car and ran to the door, which I take as a good sign! (Now, I know to make sure I hold onto him better!) Would recommend to friends!
Domino loves the folks at Super Paws! She has stayed over night as well as attended doggie day care. She loves going outside to play with the other pups. I get her shampooed every time. They do great work!
I’m so happy we found Super Paws! I love that our Roxy can play and not be in a kennel most of the day like other boarding places. We were a little nervous because this was her first boarding experience, but the daily pictures and videos they posted of her playing put us at ease. She was happy when we picked her up and worn out! The owner, Amanda, is a great communicator - quick to respond and kindly answered my many questions. The two members of her team I interacted with were friendly and great with Roxy. Professional business with detailed drop off/pick up that went smoothly for us. We will board Roxy again for a 10 day trip and highly recommend them to others!
My pups have been boarding at Super Paws since they were 6 months old. They love going and are satisfied leaving. I trust them when we have to be away from town. They send daily pictures and respond to any questions quickly. We love their taxi service as well. The doggies were always secure and brought home happy. I really can't say enough about how great this place is. I recommend them to anyone in the Houston area. I feel a bit heart broken since we have moved to a different state, but if we ever visit Houston, this is the place we will have our two kiddos go to for day care or boarding. It is Mojo and Basil approved. Thank you so much Super Paws!
I always feel comfortable leaving Stanley with Super Paws. They are my go-to when I go on any lengthy trips even though it is a 20 minute drive from where I live. Stan gets to hang out with other dogs and has easy access to the outside for nice poopy and pee-pee time. I always get a quick response whenever I have a request, I receive photo and video updates daily and she has been accomodating when I have had to change my plans and change my drop off or pick up dates. Highly recommended.
My pup Zola has stayed at Superpaws for doggy daycare and she always seems to have a blast! The staff has been welcoming and helpful - even gave the cutest doggy bag full of goodies after our first stay. I love that you can follow along on Instagram to see photos of your doggo enjoying their stay! Super Paws is very responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend them for anyone who needs doggy daycare/boarding.
Super Paws is absolutely amazing! Our pup has the best time with tons of space to run around and play with other dogs. It is so easy to book and communicate with her. She is awesome about sending us photo updates while we are gone. She also made this bandana for Callie! We love Super Paws!
We've been taking Yoshi to Super Paws for almost 5 years. As soon as we approach Super Paws, he starts getting excited and as soon as we get there, he goes inside without even saying goodbye. As a husky, Yoshi is full of energy and has a very friendly personality, he loves playing with so many friends at Super Paws. He loves it there, and we'll keep taking Yoshi to them for as long as we live in Houston.
... Super Paws was the quickest to respond to our inquiry. Amanda and her staff have been so friendly and flexible with our needs for Maggie. And the picture updates everyday help put us at ease that Maggie is having fun and enjoying her time with the other dogs. They were so quick in responding and to accommodate us into their schedule, it was a relief to know that Maggie could be taken in the day after we talked... We could not be more grateful for having found Super Paws. Maggie is excited every morning to go there and always comes away with a big smile on her face like a little kid (who hasn’t experienced having to write papers and taking exams just yet) who just came home from an exciting day at school!
I was looking for a place to take care of my dog every time I need to go out of town . Super Paws have lots of space for my Golden Keeper to play and release his energy! I love the fact that they are not in a kennel all day. I found super paws Not so far from my house and I love it. The lady in charge spends so much time with the dogs and sends me pictures when I am on vacations so that I can have clear mind knowing that keeper is in good hands
My dog and I both love Super Paws! Their communication is excellent. Drop off and pick up is quick and easy. I love that they post videos on Instagram frequently so I can see my dog when away. My dog always gets so excited to go there and is exhausted after from playing all day. Definitely recommend!
