Nothing should be brought other than your pup and a collar on them :)
How will my dog be grouped?
We have 4 separate groups based on size and temperament :)
We will place your dog in the group they seem to be the most comfortable with based on their personality and weight
Is a staff member monitoring the dogs at all times?
Other than during individual nap-time, yes :) There is always a staff member outside with the group, and when there cannot be one inside, there will be a staff member monitoring at all times via cameras
Will I receive photo and video updates of my dog(s)?
Yes, we post hundreds of photos and videos daily on our Instagram/Facebook story so you can feel like you are there playing with your dog too :)

Do you have a webcam to view our dogs playing?
We currently have 16 cameras for staff use only. They do not record and customers are not able to access them. They are used for monitoring purposes for the staff only.
What is the earliest I can drop my dog for Daycare?
Our gates are open at 6.30 AM M-F (10A Sun)
We are closed Saturdays to customers.
What is the latest I can pick up my dog from Daycare?
Our gates close at 8 PM M-F (6P Sun)
We are closed Saturdays to customers.
How is the staff trained?
All staff members are required to undergo our canine behavioral (body language) studies, as well as receive training from senior staff members in basic care and safety and canine first aid.
In the event of any incident, parties are notified and only minor incidents are cared for on-site.
What type of corrections are used?
At Super Paws we do not provide training correction, however, if a dog is starting to become aggressive with another dog, we do separate them and try to re-introduce them later

Will I receive verbal updates of my dog during their stay?
As we provide daily photo and video stories, we do not provide any verbal or text updates unless we notice something unusual with your pup.

630-8a - First outings
8-9a - Indoor Play
9-10a - 2nd outings

Do I need to purchase extra playtime or socialization?
No, all playtime, socialization, and outings are included in daycare. Water and bubble playtime can be added for an additional cost though.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel by 8p the night before for a full refund
